Quality and Patient Safety
As part of our commitment to ensure quality health care, we seek accreditation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The Joint Commission provides unscheduled inspections to determine whether we are in compliance with the standards they have set for quality, patient safety, and the safety of the environment. If you feel, for any reason, that we have not met this goal during your stay, we encourage you to let us know by contacting any member of your care team during your stay, or by contacting our Director of Risk Management at 708-660-2701.
In addition, as a condition of our accreditation, we are required to advise you that you may also contact the Joint Commission or other hospital regulatory agencies to express your concerns.
