The Chair of Medicine and Chair of the Stroke Program at Rush Oak Park Hospital were guests on recent episodes of the ESPN Chicago radio show co-hosted by Chair of Surgery Brian Cole, MD.

Oak Park, IL (July 10, 2012) — Rush Oak Park Hospital physicians shared their expertise during episodes of the ESPN Chicago radio show Sports Medicine Weekly that aired Saturday, July 7 and Saturday, June 30.

Rush Oak Park Hospital Chair of Surgery and sports medicine specialist Brian Cole, MD, co-hosts the show with Steve Kashul, host for the Chicago Bulls on the Chicago Bulls Radio Network. Dr. Cole is the team physician for the Chicago Bulls and Chicago White Sox.

Dr. Cole and Kashul spoke with neurologist Lenny Cohen, MD, Chair of the Rush Oak Park Hospital Stroke Program, about stroke on Saturday, July 7. And on the show that aired Saturday, June 30, cardiologist and Rush Oak Park Hospital Chair of Medicine Donald Tanis, MD, shared his expertise on cardiology for athletes and exercise after cardiac clearance.
