Our Inpatient Diabetes Management Program follows guidelines developed by the Joint Commission in collaboration with the American Diabetes Association to identify and manage patients with diabetes across all inpatient departments—no matter what the admission diagnosis.
It's diabetes care made better, with a carefully choreographed approach to managing diabetes backed by the expertise of the Rush Oak Park Hospital outpatient Center for Diabetes and Endocrine Care, which has been Recognized by the American Diabetes Association for Quality Self-Management Education*.
