Our referral representatives can often help you schedule your first appointment with a primary care doctor or specialist. Many of our physicians are top medical experts and most are on the staffs of both RUSH Oak Park Hospital and RUSH University Medical Center.
Let Us Do Your Legwork
Our Physician Referral Representatives are available at 708-660-INFO (4636) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our representatives can quickly access a profile of each participating physician may include:
- educational background
- medical experience, and any specialties or areas of experience
- accepted insurance plans, fees and methods of payment accepted
- office location(s) and hours
- any partners, if physician is part of a group
- languages spoken
After checking your needs against our database, the representative will tell you about the doctors that meet your expressed criteria. If you prefer, the representative can even contact the doctor's office via a conference call and help you set up your first appointment.
In addition to assisting you with finding the right physician, our representatives can register you for health education programs at RUSH Oak Park Hospital or sign up for our quarterly newsletters: Discover RUSH Oak Park Hospital and Aging Wisely.
