This group begins with a continental breakfast at 9:30am, followed by an hour-long education series. In the last hour, patients and care-partners split into two groups to discuss separately.
Meets the first and third Tuesday of the month, 6 to 8 p.m.
Join the WomenHeart Support Network at Rush Oak Park Hospital. WomenHeart is a national organization dedicated to advancing women's heart health through advocacy, community education and patient support.
