  • Licensed and accredited: Our 17,000-square-foot Skilled Care Unit is a licensed 36-bed facility. We have been approved by Medicare, licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health and accredited by The Joint Commission.
  • Medicare eligibility: We are happy to help eligible patients determine if their care is qualified under Medicare. Call our admissions coordinator at (708) 660-2800.
